Follow the steps below to re-enter a domain authorization code.
- Go to www.Point2Domains.com and choose My Account.
- Enter your domain account Customer Number and Password, then click Secure Login. The customer number and password is included at the bottom of your domain transfer order receipt.
- Hover your mouse on the Domains tab at the top of the page and select Pending Transfers.
- Select the domain you wish to transfer, and click the Authorization button on the top right side of the page.
- From the dropdown choose Fix Authorization. (If the Transaction ID, and Security code have not been entered, you will need to click the Begin Transfer Authorization.)
- Use the codes provided in the authorization email you received. Please contact Point2 Agent Customer Care if you are having difficulties with this step as it is required for your domain transfer to begin. If this is not done, your domain transfer will not be completed.
*Please note that the Authorization field is case sensitive, so ensure that you are entering the code exactly as it shows.* |
