This post marks the first in a weekly series relating to questions that have been submitted by Point2 Agent members to our support team, either by phone or email. Every week a representative from our Customer Support Team gathers the top 5 questions submitted, and forwards the list to us. We will provide the questions and answers right here on the Education Team blog.

How do I login to my Syndication Dashboard?
You will have received an email from Point2 when your Syndication Dashboard has been launched, and within that email contains the user specific URL to login to your Syndication Dashboard. If you have not received this email, or do not have your unique login URL, please contact your MLS/Association or Point2 Agent Customer Support. How do I generate more traffic to my website?
There are a number of things that you can do to generate more traffic to your site and increase your Search Engine Optimization (S.E.O.). In fact, we host bi-weekly Live Education Sessions

and the Getting Started section of the User Manual
that can provide you with useful information on marketing your website.
Why am I having trouble transferring my domain to Point2?
Domains cannot be transferred at the moment due to a technical issue that is currently being worked on. Until this issue is resolved it is recommended that you point your domain
to your website. This allows your domain to work with your website and you are still able to create domain associated email. The only difference with this solution is that you still manage your domain account with your current registrar.
How do I make changes to my website?
If you are interested in changing how your website appears publicly, then the first step is accessing the edit
section of your website from your Online Office
. When you are logged into your Online office
, select edit
from the drop down menu beside Website Jump To>>
at the top of the page. From this editing section, you are able to perform any editing changes you want. For specific instruction pertaining to website editing, view the Website Editing Tools
section within our User Manual, or watch the Training Video's
How do I get all of my listings directly fed in from my MLS?
Point2 Agent is currently working on full MLS integration, which means we will be able to accept a data feed from your MLS with your listing information. if this is something you are interested in, have your MLS representatives fill out the form provided at http://agent.point2.com/about/MLSsAndAssociations.asp
and an Enterprise Account Executive will contact your MLS and provide further details.
