The top 5 support questions that our Customer Care team has received this week are:
1. I've recently renewed or registered my Domain name through Point2. Why isn't it working?
If you've renewed your domain and are still receiving notifications that your domain needs to be renew in your Online Office, you do not need to renew it again, as long as you received a confirmation of your order.
If you've recently purchase a domain from us and it is not working with your site yet, you do not need to purchase it again as long as you have received your order confirmation.

2. Handshake - What is Handshake and why would I want to use it?
Handshake is the exclusive listing advertising feature available to all Point2 Members at any membership level. It empowers you, the Member, to create listing advertising agreements with other real estate professionals who are also members of your Point2 community which, in turn, provides you with more exposure for your listings as well as a large inventory of listings on your website.

3. I have linked my Syndication Dashboard to My Point2 Agent account but my listings are still not showing. Why?
If you are a broker, and have both your listings and your brokerage listings in your Syndication Dashboard, only the listings in which you are the listing agent will import to your Point2 Agent account. If you do not have any listings in which you are the listing agent, there will be no listings to import.
If you are an agent and have linked your Syndication Dashboard to your Point2 Agent account, your listings will automatically import. If no listings are imported, please contact support so that we can link the 2 accounts properly.
4. I need to cancel my membership with Point2 Agent. What should I be doing?
You should first contact support via phone at 1-800-659-5494 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know you would like to cancel. Please do so at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Second, if you have any domain names registered through Point2, and would like to use them with a different host, it is advisable that you transfer them to another registrar.
5. What does Point2 Agent offer for entire offices?
Point2 offers three membership levels for all of our products, so the cost for running a Point2 office can vary. Every website in the network has a separate billing and we have three membership levels: Standard, Professional and Premium. This way, your broker site can be whatever membership level you choose and each agent site connected can be whatever level the agent chooses.
For example, you could have a Premium Broker site and all of the agents could have either the Standard or Professional level. It all depends on what suits your needs. Choosing a broker site over an agent site gives you a few extra features such as the Roster Management Tool and the Template Website.
The Roster Management Tool allows you to add agent's names in order to create your agent Roster. Once you have added agents, you can easily go back to this area to view your Roster and manage your roster agent's information.
The Template Website feature is an exact duplicate of your current broker site, enabling you to easily replicate specific content and/or designs on your primary site. This Template site can then be sent to any agent that is currently not a Point2 member as you add them to your Roster.
