That is why we have created the Predictive Marketing model for Professional and Premium members to utilize with their Point2 Agent website.
Based on the activities of a consumer, prior to and after they have been created as a prospect in your Online Office, a Predictive Marketing model can be formed. Branded emails are sent to your prospects with any listings matching their previous search patterns, including existing listings with price changes and Open Houses. You don't have to worry about a thing! When the time comes to buy or sell, the prospect is even more likely to do business with you. More Business = More Revenue! $Cha Ching$ !


To enable Automated Predictive Marketing Emails, follow along with the instructions below:
Login to your Online Office and go to the Prospects tab
Select Predictive Marketing
Enable Automated Predictive Emails: Place a check mark in the box to enable emails to be sent automatically to your Prospects
Send Automated Emails Including: Select the type of listing emails that you would like to send to your prospects
Minimum Days Between Emails Sent: Select from the drop down list the number of days between emails sent
Number of Flames Required for Listing to be of Interest: Select from the radio buttons, the number of flames (level of interest) the prospect must have before it will send emails to your prospects
Click Save when you have configured your Predictive Marketing setup
The scoring system for 'most interested prospects' is based on points made up from a sum of many different activities a user visiting your site may perform while viewing a listing, click here to view the scoring system we have created.
