During that time, you as a member may have experienced long wait times on the phone, and slow responses via email. I assure you that the Customer Care team is working phenomenally hard to keep up with the large volume of calls and emails, and will do their absolute best to reply as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that this busy time will not last much longer, and the influx of calls and emails will subside shortly.
