It's Almost That Time of Year Again!
The quarterly Neighborhood Auction is creeping up on us again starting December 1st. This means all Point2 Agent members will have the chance to start reserving their Neighborhood Expert pages as soon as the clock strikes midnight on Dec 1st.
For those members that currently have a Neighborhood page, keep in mind that the whole week prior to the Neighborhood Auction is a time for all existing Neighborhood Experts to pre-reserve their Neighborhoods (at a lower price) for another quarter.
The pre-reserve period starts on November 23rd and ends on November 30th. During this time of pre-reservation, members that have had a Neighborhood reserved for the previous quarter are now able to pre-reserve those Neighborhoods for a price of $199.
When the Neighborhood Auction starts on December 1st, any Neighborhoods that were not reserved during the pre-reserve period will be put up for auction at a starting bid of $250. From that day forward, the Neighborhoods will decrease in price by $10 per day until all Neighborhoods reach $20, or have been purchased.
Keep in mind that waiting until the Auction is over, or until the Neighborhoods decrease in price, will pose a risk of losing out on your Neighborhood to a higher bidder.

Enhanced exposure to your brand and services - Neighborhood Experts are showcased within various locations on Point2 Homes.
Automatic Addition of Neighborhood Demographics** - Demographics and Neighborhood information are automatically added to your Neighborhood Expert section.
Exclusive Home Valuation Form - Each Point2 Neighborhood Expert section features an exclusive home valuation form that will direct leads directly from Point2 Homes to the Experts' Point2 website, making this a very valuable lead generation tool.
Neighborhood Description - Add your own customized Neighborhood content and images to the description area.
Satellite Imagery of your Neighborhood and Featured Listings - A detailed satellite map featuring listings within your Neighborhood.
Neighborhood Photo Gallery - Add photos of parks, schools, and other amenities to your Neighborhood photo gallery.

The Lease Periods and Auction Dates are as follows:
Lease Period 1 - January 1st to Mar 31st (Auction is Dec 1st - 31st)
Lease Period 2 - April 1st to June 30th (Auction is March 1st - 31st)
Lease Period 3 - July 1st to Sept 30th (Auction is June 1st - 30th)
Lease Period 4 - Oct 1 to Dec 30th (Auction is Sept 1st - 30th)
