Outlook issues lately?

According to our Customer Care team a lot of people are asking why their Outlook program is not working since the email migration to Rackspace email accounts.

This issue is occurring because your email account has been migrated to a new provider, you have to reconfigure your Outlook account.  Once that has been done, Outlook will start working again. 

Visit the User Manual for instructions on how to reconfigure your Outlook account.  

**Please note that instructions for configuring other Desktop Email Clients are available on the User Manual as well.
