Forwarding accounts are heavily filtered for spam, and any emails flagged as spam are sent to the spam folder.&amp;nbsp; This folder may &amp;#39;fill&amp;#39; your webmail account with out you even knowing, blocking any new messages from being sent to you.&amp;nbsp; We highly recommend that you login to your webmail account frequently to ensure that your spam folder doesn&amp;#39;t reach the maximum size, and more importantly, that no legitimate email has been moved to this spam folder.&amp;nbsp; To access webmail, go to &lt;a href="http://webmail.point2agent.com/"&gt;http://webmail.point2agent.com&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and use your email address and password to login.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Why are my listings not Syndicating properly?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;There are a few reasons as to why your listings may not be syndicating to all of our partner sites as they should.&amp;nbsp; This week a lot of the issues were happening because the listings were actually being syndicated from other sources.&amp;nbsp; If your listing is syndicating from Point2, as well as from your Brokerage, there is a high possibility that the listing will be blocked altogether, or blocked from one of the 2 sources.&amp;nbsp; Usually the Brokerage feeds are taken over Point2&amp;rsquo;s, which means you will be unable to see any statistical information for those listings in your Point2 Online Office.&amp;nbsp; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Our Suggestion:&amp;nbsp; Cancel any other syndication from other sources to ensure your listings are being syndicated from Point2, this way you can view all syndication statistics in regards to those listings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I am getting a message saying that my payment is failing, there are funds available on my credit card, why is this happening?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Recently we have noticed more and more of this.&amp;nbsp; As some of you may or may not know, we are located in the Prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada.&amp;nbsp; A lot of these issues are arising because your bank or credit card provider has blocked international charges from going through on your card.&amp;nbsp; This is only done for your safety, as many of you know, there is a lot of credit card fraud out there these days.&amp;nbsp; In order to rectify this situation, give your credit card company or bank a call to let them know to allow any international charges from Point2 Technologies Inc.&amp;nbsp; If you feel uncomfortable updating your credit card information online, feel free to give us a call at 1-800-659-5494.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Isn&amp;#39;t there a way that I can set up my domain to renew automatically so that I don&amp;#39;t get caught with an expired domain name?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Yes! You can set your domain name up for auto renewal through your Point2 Agent Online Office, however if your domain was purchased through another company other than Point2, you would need to contact them in order to find out how to set this up. For members that have purchased their domain name through their Point2 Account, here&amp;rsquo;s how you can set it up for auto-renewal: &lt;p&gt;- Login to your &lt;strong&gt;Online Office&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Select the &lt;strong&gt;Domains and Email&lt;/strong&gt; tab&lt;br /&gt;- Select &lt;strong&gt;Manage Domains&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- From under &lt;strong&gt;Domain Renewals&lt;/strong&gt;, click on &lt;strong&gt;Manage Domain Auto-Renewal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Place a check mark in the box to the left of the domain name(s) you would like to select for Auto- Renewal&lt;br /&gt;- Use the drop down menu under &lt;strong&gt;Auto-Renewal Period&lt;/strong&gt; to select the number of years you would like the renewal to be for&lt;br /&gt;- Click &lt;strong&gt;Add Credit Card&lt;/strong&gt; and enter your credit card information (please note that we only take &lt;strong&gt;VISA&lt;/strong&gt; or &lt;strong&gt;Mastercard&lt;/strong&gt;), and then select &amp;#39;&lt;strong&gt;OK&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;#39; to save the information&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;What is Website Standards Mode?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Web Standards Mode allows you to set the proper website design document type on your primary website pages.&amp;nbsp; This setting allows your website more likely to look the same in every different browser.&amp;nbsp; Advanced CSS features such as fly-out menus work better in Web Standards Mode.&amp;nbsp; If you are unsure about using Web Standards Mode, give it a try and review your website to ensure it looks correct.&amp;nbsp; You can always choose not to use this mode at any time.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;To turn Web Standards Mode on or Off:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Log in to your &lt;strong&gt;Online Office &lt;/strong&gt;and go to &lt;strong&gt;Edit Website&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;- Hover over the &lt;strong&gt;Website Editing Tools&lt;/strong&gt; Also, when you first select your Selling Areas in your Online Office, you will have a number of Handshake agreements that auto-populate into your account, whether the handshake partner has active listings or not.&amp;nbsp; From this point forward, only Handshake partners with active listings in your Selling Areas will be able to complete a Handshake agreement with you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I did not receive&amp;nbsp;an email to set up my Syndication Dashboard from my MLS, can you resend it?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;If you have not received the email to set up your Syndication Dashboard, our Customer Care Team can resend the email to you if you provide the email address that is associated with your MLS/Association.&amp;nbsp; These partially integrated Syndication partners are indicated by a red *.&amp;nbsp; Most of the time, your listings will be properly syndicated to these partners, you just have to check the Syndication partners website to verify.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;How do I update my credit card information or see my payment history?&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Login to your Online Office&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Select the Admin tab&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Click on &amp;quot;Account Information&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Select &amp;quot;View Payment History&amp;quot;, here is where you are able to view all of the payments you have made, and what date they have been processed.&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Select &amp;quot;Update Billing Information&amp;quot;, here you are able to enter a new Visa or MasterCard number for your monthly or yearly subscription payments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Feel free to contact our Customer Care Team if you&amp;#39;d feel more comfortable updating it over the phone, the number is 1-800-659-5494.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I pointed my domain, and now my domain associated email isn&amp;#39;t working, what happened?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;When you &lt;a href="http://agent.point2.com/help/Default_CSH.htm#1123" title="link to User Manual" target="_blank"&gt;point your domain&lt;/a&gt; to Point2&amp;#39;s Name Servers, the domain and all of its DNS information is pointed over as well.&amp;nbsp; If you had email associated to the domain before you pointed it, it will no longer work.&amp;nbsp; There are a few options you have to rectify this problem, one is that you can keep your &lt;a href="http://agent.point2.com/help/Default_CSH.htm#1184" title="link to the User Manual" target="_blank"&gt;email hosted where it is currently&lt;/a&gt;, and provide our Customer Care Team with MX and C name information.&amp;nbsp; The second option is that you can &lt;a href="http://agent.point2.com/help/Default_CSH.htm#1048" title="link to the User Manual" target="_blank"&gt;re-create the email address&lt;/a&gt; within your Point2 account and use Point2 as your mail provider.&amp;nbsp; Either way, your email is going to be out of service for about 24 - 48 hours.&amp;nbsp; Please feel free to contact our &lt;a href="mailto:agent@point2agent.com" title="email Customer Care Team" target="_blank"&gt;Customer Care team&lt;/a&gt; If webmail has tagged a legitimate email as spam, it will be placed in the spam folder and will not be sent to your forwarding address, or Outlook.&amp;nbsp; We do advise that you frequently login to your webmail account to ensure that the spam filters are not catching legit email.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, these aggressive spam filters cannot be adjusted.&amp;nbsp; This is to ensure that Point2&amp;#39;s webmail servers don&amp;#39;t get flagged as spam, and blocked by major email hosting companies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Why can&amp;#39;t I login to my Online Office to renew my expired domain?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;If your default domain name has expired, you will have to access your website by using the default Point2 Agent URL,&amp;nbsp;ex. &lt;a href="http://yourname.point2agent.com/"&gt;http://yourname.point2agent.com&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;
