Food for Thought: Using images on your website

Be sure before you upload images to your website that you are legally allowed to use them. If they're your own images, you're OK; but if you've found them on the Internet, check the source and make sure it's OK for you to use them. You can purchase a membership from places like www.photos.com, where you can use as many stock images as you want, and not have to worry about copyright issues.

Food for thought: Setting up automatic Listing Notifiers for your Prospects.

If you have an idea as to what your buyer prospects are looking for in a new home, you can fill out a New Listings Notifier on their behalf. Filling out a Listing Notifier for your prospects allows them to receive emails from your Point2 Agent website containing new listings that meet their unique wants and needs, whether they're your listings, or handshake listing. Your online visitors do have the option to fill out a home search form and choose to receive New Listing Notifiers, but it is nice to have the option to fill it out for them if you know what they're looking for. This works especially well if you've manually entered a prospect into your account, and they have not actually viewed your website.
