Adding Photos in Browsers Other Than I.E.

If you prefer to use browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc... you will need to ensure that you have a java Plug-in installed in order to upload photo's to your site.

To Install Java:

• Login to your Online Office and attempt to upload a photo. (ex: Logo, Personal Picture, Custom Content image)
• You will see a message that indicates your computer does not have a Java Plug-in.
  
  

• Click Get the latest Java Plug-in here. You will then be redirected to www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
• Under the Windows section, click Windows XP/Vista/2000/2003 Online
  
  

• You will then see a File Download - Security warning, click Run.
  
  

• Follow the Java download steps to complete the installation process.
• Close all open browsers. You will now see a Java desktop icon.
  
  

• Open a new browser, and try uploading a photo.
