Calling All Neighborhood Experts! Still wondering what kind of information to put on your Neighborhood Expert page? Here are some (hopefully helpful) ideas: · Demographics: Although we provide Neighborhood Demographic inform ation for most all Neighborhoods within the US, unfortunately Agents located in Canada do not have this information automatically added to their Neighborhood Expert pages. So, for those of you in Canada (like I am), feel free to do your own research on the demographics in your area. Your prospects will be impressed with your knowledge of that particular Neighborhood and they will be more likely to contact you for more information.
· Property Taxes: Prospective residents in your area will be very interested to know how much other residents in the area are paying for taxes to determine whether they will be able to afford them. Including this information will greatly assist those prospective buyers.
· Schools: This is a very important consideration, as many prospective buyers may have school aged children or may even be planning to attend College or University. Include as much information about Schools and Educational facilities as possible, including contact information and addresses.
· Community Events: Include information on recreational facilities, events happening in the community, after school programs for children, summer camps, shopping centers etc. Prospective residents will want to obtain this information, whether it is prior to moving, or obtaining the information once they have already moved To add information to your Neighborhood page: - Log in to your Online Office and click the Admin tab.
- Click Neighborhood Expert.
- A list of your reserved neighborhoods will be displayed.
- Click Edit beside the neighborhood for which you would like to create a profile.
- The Edit Neighborhood page opens.
- Use the custom content editor to provide rich information about the neighborhood.
- Click OK to save the neighborhood information.
