Getting Started (& Ongoing Educational Resources) with Your Point2 Account

With the new implementations of Point2's Enterprise Solution with MLS's/Associations , Point2 has seen an influx in new members in the form of Agents, Brokers, and MLS/Association staff.  In the Education Sessions that are being held for these new members, one question commonly arises:

How do I get started with my Point2 Agent account?

Great question, and one that has a variety of answers, depending on who you ask!  Probably the best place to get started is our Getting Started Guides.  These Guides walk you through a number of steps that will assist you in updating your website with pertinent contact information, displaying your listings, updating your website content, and managing your leads.

Each step also links to the specific User Manual page and Training Video for that activity, making it easy for you to follow along with a member of our Education Team.  Since all resources are available 24-7-365 on our website, you have the control and choice over when you access these resources.

These Getting Started Guides are also helpful to our current members who may have been with us for some time, as they will remind you to revisit some aspects of your website. 

There are other resources that will be helpful on an on-going basis:

User Manual - contains detailed textual instructions and screen shots on how to use, manage, and update the various features of your Point2 Agent website and complimentary online marketing aspects.

Training Videos - taking the information from the User Manual, the Training Videos integrate audio and video to cover the key aspects of the Point2 Agent software.  The Training Videos are available on-demand and can be paused to accommodate your schedule and business demands.

Troubleshooting Guide - a new resource for our members, the Troubleshooting Guide provides troubleshooting steps to help users overcome problems that they may encounter.

Message Board - ask questions, provide responses, or review information from others.  The Message Board provides the opportunity to share experiences and gain assistance from Point2 Agent members and moderators through a variety of forums and threads.

Education Sessions - a new resource for our members, Point2 Agent Education Sessions use webinar technology for participants to see and hear a member of the Point2 Education Team go through a key feature of the Point2 Agent products, an industry topic, or other educational materials. 

Point2 Education Site - a Point2 Agent site devoted to educational resources and sessions for our members, this website contains links to all of the above resources, as well as has further articles, blog posts, and information related to your Point2 Agent account.
